A Unique Approach to Assisted Living

SMRLC is a 6-bed, Type B assisted living facility. Our facility is located on the north end of the Swisher Memorial Hospital Building. Each individual has a plan of care that is developed with the resident and their loved ones which covers their physical, spiritual, mental, recreational, and social needs. Because we are a small facility, we are able to provide a family-like environment for those we serve. We strive to provide quality assisted living while enhancing the lives of our residents.
